Yoga

Yoga has been my companion for almost two decades.
This embodied meditation practice is my source of grounding, presence and connection.
I hold deep respect and gratitude for the roots of this ancestral Indian tradition, and I realize that the way we practice yoga in the West is not the same as the original form. My approach is to honor its lineage with humility while allowing the practice to transform and align with my roots and experiences.

This is my way to stay authentic.

Modern yoga is a vast universe of lineages, beliefs and techniques. I have found my personal practice and my inspiration as a teacher in two - rather opposite - traditions: Ashtanga Yoga & Yin Yoga.

Ashtanga is solid, grounding, a strong practice for the body and the mind. While I do not subscribe to the hierarchical structures or rigid rules often associated with it, I love its precision, discipline, and transformative fire.

Yin is gentle, deep, a container for the softness in us. I combine here elements from somatic therapy and breathwork to create a space for introspection, presence, and stillness. I curate the music with attention for a deep journey into the inner waters.
