Somatic Therapy


I offer 1:1 sessions for anyone looking to begin or deepen their therapeutic journey.
If you want to get to the root of your symptoms, release what is held in the body, and connect from within, this work is for you.

Somatic Therapy, also known as body-centered psychotherapy, is a holistic approach that combines psychology with somatic techniques. It is based on the understanding that our bodies hold experiences, memories, and even trauma. The goal is to have an embodied therapeutic process by working with sensations, breath, movement, and awareness.

Here, our focus is on feeling, sensing, and experiencing.

I will guide and support you to explore and expand your capacity to feel and be present, which in time becomes a more embodied way of living.

Our work together will invite you to gently soften old wounds, open the heart, and confront shadow aspects that may be working against your growth. This is deep, transformative work that calls for patience, presence, and sometimes a bit of courage.

My approach is gentle and consent-based. We only go as deep as you feel ready, and my mission is to provide a safe space for you - regardless of identity, background, or life experience - to work on yourself. You remain in control of your process, and everything we explore is held in complete confidentiality.

  • The structure of the sessions can vary, but typically we will begin with a talk and grounding techniques to arrive in the body. This can include guided breathing, movement and touch.

    Exploring the physical sensations as a reflection of the inner experience, we will alternate between bodywork and talking, within and without.

    By the end of the session, you relax and integrate the experience in savasana.

    I recommend that you bring comfortable clothes and plan some time after the session to rest.

  • You don’t need any prior experience for this work.

    Somatic Therapy can work on its own, or in combination with other therapies/treatments.

  • The frequency of our meetings can vary, but weekly or biweekly is good to begin.

    Each session lasts 75min and costs 70€

    Between 72 and 24 hours - 20€
    Less than 24hours - the session must be paid in full.
